Hypernative, a company specialising in the development of security solutions for Web3, has successfully completed a Series A investment round, raising $16 million. The funding was made with the participation of well-known investors such as Bloccelerate VC, Boldstart Ventures, Borderless Capital, CMT Digital, IBI Tech Fund, Re7 Capital and others.
The funds raised will be used to combat hacker attacks and hacks in the Web3 ecosystem, as well as to develop innovative products based on artificial intelligence. These developments will make working with cryptocurrencies safer for users around the world.
Gal Segi, co-founder and CEO of Hypernative, stressed the importance of integrating smart contract auditing and bug bounty systems with active security components to increase the effectiveness of hacking protection.
Since its launch in September 2022, Hypernative has developed the world’s first real-time Web3 threat monitoring platform. The system detects risks and automates responses, significantly increasing the level of user protection. Hypernative products are currently used by more than 100 Web3 projects, including such big names as Balancer, Chainalysis, Circle, and others.
Due to the high accuracy of threat identification, the platform was able to detect 99.5% of hacks, often within minutes of their implementation. This approach prevented losses of more than $100 million.
Hypernative plans to use the new funding to expand globally, grow its team, and implement its ambitious plans to build a complete security network that will make real-time monitoring and response the industry standard.
